Employee Self-Service
The Employee Self-Service solution enables a company's workforce—from employees and HR, to contractors and managers—to access a personalized desktop of content and features uniquely tailored to their functions within the company. This empowerment allows the workforce to be more proactive, while enhancing the productivity of the company as a whole. The solution offers self-service functions based on login role, such as:
- For Employees—Ability to change personal HR information; for example, the percentage amount of an employee's paycheck deducted for 401K, or changes/updates to individual fund allocations
- For Managers—Ability to executive managerial decisions such as reviewing, approving, or rejecting an employee's time and expense records
Enhanced with a voice-enablement system, the solution also illustrates how managers and employees can use the voice system to perform these same functions via a guided interactive voice response system—with changes updated immediately to the portal. For a large corporate media conglomerate, Enterpulse implemented a portal solution to provide employees with a customized view of key information. The company has been able to simplify and make widely available applications and data that are otherwise under-utilized, and provide employees with 24-hour secured access to personal and work-related data.
