Enterpulse Names Sam Jankovich President

Atlanta, GA (September 6, 2002) - Enterpulse announced today that the company will promote Sam Jankovich to president of the Atlanta-based professional services firm. As president of Enterpulse, Jankovich will be responsible for revenue generation, solution development and partner strategies. He will report to Michael Reene, Enterpulse CEO and chairman.

On the announcement Reene said, "Sam has taken the lead in implementing our company strategy, is close to both clients and solution partners, and has played a lead roll in creating new business for Enterpulse via those channels. I'm confident that Sam will build upon Enterpulse's achievements."

Jankovich began working with Enterpulse in November of 2001 when the company acquired the staff and assets of Groundswell, an Internet consulting firm based in Pleasanton, California. Since last November, Jankovich has held the position of vice president of solutions at Enterpulse, developing product offerings and market penetration strategies. He also built out Enterpulse's current solution offerings as well as designed complimentary alliances for those solutions via an integrated partnership program that has been highly successful.

At Groundswell, where Jankovich was COO, he was the lead for the firm's national solutions group and was responsible for building the offerings, structuring alliances, recruiting and forming business development initiatives. He has also held senior level positions with both marchFirst and PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and was the founder and president of CTI Interactive.

Sam received his bachelor's of arts degree in business administration from Washington State University.
