Enterpulse Names Jerry Eickhoff CEO

Atlanta, GA (September 20, 2002) - Jerry Eickhoff will step into the role of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Internet consulting firm Enterpulse to replace Michael Reene, who is leaving the company to join the senior management team of a highly successful Georgia-based public company. Reene was named Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of Enterpulse.

Eickhoff started Enterpulse, formerly called Third Millennium Communications, in 1996, and the company has grown to be a significant force in the Internet consulting space. Before Enterpulse, Jerry co-founded and served as CEO and President of BEI Holdings, Ltd. (BEIH), a 22-office diversified consulting firm, which provided international services to the financial industry as well as Fortune 500 companies.

Reene joined the company as President and Chief Executive Officer three years ago after a prominent career with both IBM and Accenture. He replaced Eickhoff as Chairman last year with Eickhoff taking the role of Chairman Emeritus.

In other news, Sam Jankovich was promoted to President of Enterpulse earlier this month (see release posted September 6, 2002). Jankovich was COO of Groundswell, a San Francisco-based Internet services company, which was acquired by Enterpulse last year. As a seasoned veteran with more than 19 years of entrepreneurial experience, Sam Jankovich has developed product offerings and market penetration strategy for some of the top technology consulting practices in the country, most notably, PricewaterhouseCoopers' (PwC). He has done an exceptional job in the role of Vice President of Solutions at Enterpulse.

"Michael Reene is as great a person, businessman, leader, and friend that there is," said Eickhoff. "We will certainly miss him and are in his debt for the outstanding job he's done guiding Enterpulse through a very difficult technology environment. Michael has left us with great talent, and we anticipate continued success."
