Enterpulse Showcases New Product and Solutions at BEA Field Kickoff
Team Convening in Las Vegas to Present and Participate in Event Sessions

Atlanta, GA (March 6, 2006) - On March 6th through the 8th, Enterpulse will attend BEA's Field Kickoff in Las Vegas, NV, and engage with the sales team to showcase the latest in their product and solutions. The team will be highlighting how three clients recently deployed full-featured portals in a matter of weeks using EnterConnect®, the company's premier collaboration and asset management intranet/extranet product. They will also be demonstrating the Multi-Channel Portal solution, which offers convenient self-service functionality for customers through a variety of electronic channels.

As part of its overall technology strategy, Rheem recently decided to proceed with the development of a business case for an integrated enterprise solution. The company thus initiated the Enterprise Integration (EI) program to provide governance, process visibility, and technical support for this comprehensive program. The EI Portal is a tool that facilitates teamwork and communication among the various Rheem divisions. The portal is on track to provide a community where information can be shared across formerly disconnected corporate and divisional networks.

EnterConnect is the company's ready-to-deploy intranet/extranet software, based on SOA standards and built on BEA. It's geared toward mid-market clients and offers robust employee/partner asset management and collaboration features-such as Company News, Calendar, Discussion Board, Contacts, a personalized MyCompany page, and more.

Additionally, the team will be showcasing its Multi-Channel Portal solution, which allows customers to easily make a change to their account, pay a bill, or purchase a new or upgraded product via any channel they choose: on the Web, via Voice response with an IVR-capable call center, or with their own Mobile device or PDA.

The Multi-Channel Portal solution includes Intervoice's Click-to-Service feature-offering immediate and convenient access to customer service without ever leaving the desktop. The Portal is extended through the company's Wireless Solutions Framework-the SOA-based framework for common telco/wireless functions that enhances the BEA Communications Platform. The framework offers packaged services ranging from user experience and customer management, to order and billing/payment management, to campaign management and catalog/offer management. These features can be rapidly installed so that wireless companies can quickly achieve a best-practice, valuable framework based on Enterpulse's extensive experience in the wireless and telco industries.
