Catherine St. Martin, Vice President of Finance
Catherine (Cathy) St. Martin is Vice President of Finance at Enterpulse. In this position she oversees Accounting, Human Resources and Financial Planning and Analysis. Cathy was the Director of Finance at Techtv, where she established all financial systems and processes for the newly stand alone business. Prior to that, she was the Director of Operations and Finance for Ziff-Davis in New York managing Corporate Financial Reporting, Corporate Sales, Facilities, Human Resources and Information Systems. Earlier in her career she held several positions with Reader’s Digest including Auditing, Accounting and International Finance which included a 2 year overseas assignment as Controller of RD Scandinavia.
Cathy graduated with a BS degree in accounting from Louisiana State University.
